This funnel fits closed and open head 55 gallon drums and other containers. Just set it and forget it. Regulations: EPA, SPCC and NPDES. Optional lockable cover (lock not included) can be used with the 316 funnel. Cover is a snap to install with all necessary hardware instructions included.
